To start, today December 11, 2014 when students arrived at Jefferson Elementary School they were able to play or talk until the bell that rings at 7:45 rang. They only got to play until the bell rang was because once that bell rings our teacher come and pick and pick us up. Some teacher picked their students up and some teachers let their students stay outside and do P.E.
Meanwhile some students in other classrooms were outside Mrs. Citizens students were walking to her classroom. Once they had got to her classroom they started unpacking their backpacks and and putting their stuff away in their desks. Once we finished putting all of our stuff away in our desks we walked to room 12 and put our packpacks in a line near the south wall.
Once we finished that, we walked back into our homeroom, room 20 and picked up our AR folders. We needed our AR folders to fill out the column for today. So we all filled out the column for today, then we all started reading.
After we completed that we went to the bathroom. We mainly all went, we went so that we won’t have to go to the bathroom when we are on the bus. Once we all went we walked back to class.
Then, we all got our lunches and walked to the bus. We got to the bus and got on. When the bus had started moving Savannah, Derek, and I started to play the hand clapping game that is called Concentration, and the rest of the class was I believe talking to one another.
The bus had stopped about one hour and a half later. We got out of the bus and walked through the mall, until we found the Microsoft store.
After we had found the store we walked inside and went to the back of the room and listend to the chaperone(Josh) introduce the staff, then tell us what we were going to do. He let us wonder on the Surface Pro 3, then he had us do a scavenger hunt. All we basically did in the scavenger hunt was answer questions and try to find pictures or the answer to something on another device.
We had then found out that our time had ran out and we had to get going. So we got on the bus and drove to a park. We stayed there for about 15 minutes and ate our lunch. Once everyone finished eating we had to get back on the bus and drive all the way back to school.
When we finally got back to our school we got out of the bus and got in 2 lines, a boy line and a girl line. We walked into the main office and walked to Ms. Grott’s classroom. Mrs. Citizen was in Ms. Grott’s classroom, Ms. Grotts had been with my class and Mrs. Citizen had been with Ms. Grotts class.
When we arrived to Ms. Grotts class we were assigned to glue passwords in 2nd grader’s technology folders. While we had been doing that the 2nd graders were on a typing club, to help them improve in their typing. The teacher commanded that once we completed gluing the passwords to go leave our lunches in her classroom and then go to our music class.
Right when we arrived at our music class all of our teachers had told us that we were going to practice in the auditorium. So we all walked to the auditorium together as a group. We practiced walking on and coming off of the auditourium stage.
We finaly finished our music class and my class went to room 12 to get their packpacks. After we got our backpacks we went back to our class and we took out our agendas. Mrs. Citizen had soon told us our homework. So we wrote down our homework and we packed up our backpacks.
At last we all lined up and either went home, or to our after school program. The students who were going home walked out of the west door with Mrs. Citizen. The students who were going to an after school program got out of the east door. That is what we did on Thursday, December 11, 2014.
