Classroom Rules
Our classroom is a community. As a reult, we have rules to help us get along with each other and be role models. The fifth graders have developed the rules and consequences of our classroom.
As fifth grade role models, we will...
Be RESPECTFUL by
1. Respecting our teacher and each other.
2. Actively listening and not talk when the teacher and each other are speaking.
Be RESPONSIBLE by
3. Following directions the first time.
4. Raising our hand to speak.
Be SAFE by
5. Keeping our hands, feet, and objects to ourselves.

Consequences
As fifth grade role models, we agree to the following conditions if we break a classroom rule:
1. Warning
2. Lose 10 minutes of recreational time or after school and write in behavior log
3. Call home, behavior log, and guidance referral.
4. Meeting with parents, principal, guidance counselor, teacher, and student.
If your child ends the week with no consequences, they will receive CITIZEN CASH. Your child will be able to use the CITIZEN CASH to purchase items from our classroom store.
