what i learned was that Davis was Born in Kentucky and raised in Mississippi, Davis graduated from West Point in 1828. In 1824, at the age of 26, he married his first wife, Sarah, the 16-year-old daughter of then-Colonel Zachary Taylor, against Taylor's wishes. and also that he also became a provider from the united states.

I learned that Jefferson Davis was the first and the last president of the Confederacy. I also learned that Jefferson Davis got remarried because his wife died of malaria. Another thing I learned was that Jefferson Davis fought in the Mexican-American War. I also learned that Jefferson Davis move his family to the White house in Virginia. The fifth thing I learned was to that Jefferson Davis died on December 6 in 1899 in New Orleans.

I did not know that there was mexican war with the with the black hawks. I did not know that you have a presidential term. I did not know that there was a pro-slavery vote in 1844. I did not know that Davis was such an important person.

1 I learned that Jefferson Davis was born in Kentucky and raise in Mississippi. 2 Also that Davis vigorously opposed the secessionist movement until 1860 when Abraham Lincoln came to power. 3 He died in New Orleans December 6, 1889. 4 Davis immediately put his pro-slavery vote into action. 5 The time spent in prison incarcerated impacted his health.

What i learned about the text was that David was both first and last of the ill-fated Confederacey.And that David was Raised in Mississippi that he gratuated from 1828.And did not Know that he died in new Orleans.

I read that he refused to a commander. He led the Mississippi to North Carolina. Another thing was that he immediately put a vote to pro-slavery. I also learned that his wife Sarah died of something called malaria. He was the first and last president of ill-fated.

I learned that Davis give his pro-slavery vote in action. After the war Davis went back to Mississippi and run for the Senate and won. I also learned that President have power but in 1860 Abraham Lincoln came to power. I learned the he was run for president of the Confederate States of America. Last I learned that on January 10,1861 Davis led to follow South Carolina.

I learned 5 new things in this text.I learned that Jefferson Davis was the first and last President.I also learned that his marrige ended when his wife died of malaria.I learned that he was born in Kentuky and raised in Mississippi.I also learned that he died on December 6,1889 in New Orlians.I did not know that Jefferson Davis was sent to prison.

I learned that Davis got married two times. Also Davis reused to do an oath of allegiance. Another is that Davis went to jail. Then he got bailed after 2 years When he got out no charges were dropped until 1869 and last he was born in Kentucky but raised Mississippi.

What I learned is that Jefferson was born in Kentucky and and raised in Mississippi he got married two times and one in 1824 and the other in 1845 also that Jefferson and went to jail in 1865 and he was bailed after two year another thing is that no charges were pressed until 1869 and I also learned that he refused to swear an oath of allegiance that would reinstated his U.S. citizenship. Last Jefferson had moved his family too the White house in Virginia for a six year Presidential term and those are some of the things I learned.
